Formerly known as ‘Les Vidales’, this old farmhouse is a typical 18th-century Valencian property that belonged to the Cogollos family, a Tavernes de La Valldigna family.

It has been restored with care and keeping with, the architectural style of yesteryear.

The architectural identity has been respected as much as possible, improving the type of construction with modern materials and techniques, making the property a passive house and an energy-efficient building.

The property is fully powered by solar energy not gridded and groundwater supplied,  also purifies the grey and black water it generates. This makes it an ECO-SUSTAINABLE building with a

NEGATIVE CARBON FOOTPRINT.

Modern materials and thermal and acoustic insulation contribute to the thermal efficiency of the rural house, which promotes the well-being of its inhabitants.

The property is still owned by the Cogollos family, who strive to offer not only tranquillity, but also passion with a VERY family-orientated service, far removed from large, impersonal hotel-leisure complexes.
